Joyce is the CEO and Founder of Bender Consulting Services, Inc, Co-Founder of iDisability, Founder of the Bender Leadership Academy, and Host of Podcast "Disability Matters with Joyce Bender."
Joyce not only specializes in competitive employment strategies and policy making for people with disabilities, but she is also a recognized national speaker and leader in the disability community. She was recently named a Woman of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times.
