Covered in this session

Workplace pensions have been a legal requirement in the UK since 2012, when automatic enrolment was implemented.  The research which fed into Buck's recent DC pensions whitepaper demonstrates that for many companies, workplace pension schemes remain a highly valued employee benefit.

In this webinar, our Buck subject experts will be joined by guest speakers from Make My Money Matter, to discuss key themes influencing the evolution of DC pensions.  We will assess the factors which mean that DC pensions are treated as more than a legal obligation, and are vital in contributing to organisations' objectives.

Our speakers will cover:

  • Financial Wellbeing – looking at the latest developments in the workplace savings market
  • Responsible Investment – why it matters and why pensions are an important
  •  Value for Money –  what drives value for money in DC, and why this is leading to consolidation
